What’s more superhero than getting Bill Sienkiewicz to do your album covers?
Yowza! Right there’s some nice Sienkiewicz work. Have you seen his Jimi Hendrix graphic novel, Voodoo Child? It’s pretty spectacular.
I didn’t know about the Hendrix until you mentioned it, and I looked it up. He does fantastic cover art, doesn’t he? When I think of Sienkiewicz, I think more of his New Mutant run that freaked me right the fuck out as a kid.
They look like dope fiends.
I nearly bought that album a few years back for the cover alone, such is the power of Sienkiewicz. They should get him to do fill-in work on Daughters of the Dragon.
