I’m not one to keep the same computer desktop image for long, usually no longer than a week, two at most. However, this image of a broken Powerbook screen has stayed with me for over two months, without a single thought of changing it:
From what I’ve read, more than a few people successfully used it as a practical joke, tricking friends and enemies into believing their LCD panels had actually cracked. A cruel joke, sure, but oh-so-much better than the real thing.
